The PiN Master Challenge
FinishMaster is happy to announce, we are bringing back the annual PiN Master Challenge again as a part of our Hood Master event. In Partnership with CREF (Collision Repair Education Foundation), this student competition is focused on creating the best restored and painted bowling pin.
Eligibility
Any high school and college student currently enrolled in a Collision Repair Program is eligible to participate. This includes students graduating in May or June of 2022.

How to Enter
- Email CREF at info@ed-foundation.org for a registration form
- Acquire an old bowling pin from a local bowling alley and repair the cracks
- Paint an awesome design on your pin
- Pins may be airbrushed or pinstriped using automotive paint
- Take a picture of you with your PiN
- All pins must be received by CREF:

- Note: get a tracking number when mailing your pin

Judging
• Judging will take place in Indianapolis, Indiana at our event exhibit.
• Our judging panel is made up of Collision Repair Industry Professionals and Influencers.
• Pins will be judged by:

• Pins will be judged by:
- Quality of design/art (40%)
- Quality of repair (30%)
- Application technique of paint (30%)
• Pins may be airbrushed or pinstriped using automotive paint
• Some of the pins will be displayed at a public exhibit and judging in Indianapolis. Display of pins is at the discretion of FinishMaster and CREF.

• Please note that all bowling pins become the property of CREF and will not be returned to the creator.
• Pins may be used by CREF to help fundraising efforts.
• No monetary value for the prizes will be paid out to winners - CREF and - FinishMaster bears no financial responsibility for the creation, shipping, loss or damage of any bowling pin.
